Good Morning!
The latest news? Well, let's see....I graduated from John Casablanca's modeling/acting program yesterday in San Diego. I also scored 100% on their exam which was the deciding factor (we had to score 90% or better) in whether or not I would be offered a one year contract with their agency (MTM) or not. I will probably sign with them since it is an "open contract," and I just need to get some work under my belt. I think it'll probably be print work and/or commercial work. The one positive aspect is that THEY don’t get paid until I get paid. I just don’t know what to expect. Time will tell. The rest of the event consisted of a fashion show (which was my LEAST favorite part of the day) and runway presentation of some different looks, then monologues, and commercials. It wasn't a very big deal....to be completely honest. I just look at ALL of this as learning experience. Not to mention that this is only the beginning of a potentially long, uphill battle. Who knows!

I survived Valentine's Day, and if you saw my away messages on AOL Instant Messenger, then you know just how much I was dreading it. I hope that all of you had a wonderful holiday and that even if you were lonely (as I was), then you still had smiles and reminders that you've got people who really care about you. I got some of THE most thoughtful cards from good friends and my family sent me a package with Hot Tamales (the candy!!!) and a red fuzzy puppy dog (obviously stuffed….hahaha…).
